Welcome to Fishr

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Fishr mobile application ('App') operated by Fishr Technologies ('us', 'we', or 'our'). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fishr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Fishr is a mobile application that provides fish identification services, social networking features for anglers, and competitive fishing tracking. Our service includes:

  • AI-powered fish identification using camera technology

  • Social features for sharing catches and connecting with other anglers

  • Leaderboards and competitive tracking

  • Educational content about fish species

  • Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content

  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users

  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive material

  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fishr Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Payment

Fishr offers premium subscription features. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

8. Disclaimers

The information on this App is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our App and the use of this App.

Fish identification results are provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions. Always consult with local authorities and experts for accurate fish identification.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fishr Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law
